Excellent consistency in weight and size from one slug to the next. Tested these slugs in 24 grain, dish-base version (along with many other weights & base types) in my FX Impact X with a 700mm Superior (NOT heavy) barrel liner, with a power plenum and regulator set at 100 bar. With the FX shroud removed from the barrel, and an after-market barrel band installed to fix the barrel at the end of the CF bottle, was able to achieve 10-shots in a 0.786” group at 100 yards, average speed at 900 fps. I’ve tried many different pellets and slugs in my Impact to find the “magic” projectile that shoots consistently at sub-MOA accuracy, including popular competing brands of slugs, and I’ve found the AVS slugs to be the best.
